Second Announcement

On the 30th of April, 2005, the prominent mathematician S. M. Nikolskii will celebrate his 100th birthday. The Russian Academy of Sciences organizes an International Conference "Function Spaces, Approximation Theory, Nonlinear Analysis" dedicated to this event. It will be held in Moscow from May 23 to May 29, 2005. We expect about 350 actively working mathematicians to attend this conference.

Registration Fee:
The registration fee 80 Euro can be paid in cash upon the registration.
Accommodation:
There are several opportunities for accomodation.
  1. Doubled rooms (one toilet and shower for 2 rooms) at MSU complex.
    Price: 13 Euro per night.
    Location: MSU complex.
  2. Hotel "Universitetskaya". Separated rooms with all facilities.
    Price: 25–70 Euro per night.
    Location: 25 min to walk or 5 min by bus from MSU.
  3. Hotel "Akademicheskaya". Separated rooms with all facilities.
    Price: 50–90 Euro per night.
    Location: 15 min by bus from Steklov Institute and 25 min by bus from MSU.
  4. Hotel "Uzkoe". Separated rooms with all facilities.
    Price: 15–40 Euro per night.
    Location: 20 min by subway and 25 min to walk from Steklov Institute.

Participants are requested to inform Organizing Committee (as soon as possible) about their preferences.

Publications:
The book of abstracts will be published to the beginning of Conference. The deadline for sending of abstracts is 1st April.
